Not every season is defined by a breakthrough. Sometimes the biggest shifts come from a collection of smaller refinements that quietly reshape the direction of footwear. Across a week of presentations and showroom appointments, SS27 revealed a continued focus on refinement. New silhouettes certainly emerged, but the more interesting story lay in the evolution of existing ideas through considered material choices, updated constructions and increasingly specialised references.
